    Sealord Salsa Verde Tuna Pocket

  • 1

    Pizza Base

  • 4 Tbsp

    Basil Pesto

  • 2

    Red Onion

  • 1 punnet

    Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp

    Caper Berries

  • 1 Ball

    Fresh Mozzarella

  • 1 handful

    Parsley

  • 1 handful

    Fresh Basil

  • 2 Tbsp

    Pine Nuts

  • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Place your pizza base on the baking tray and smother the top with an even layer of basil pesto
  3. Top the pizza with the tuna, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella and caper berries
  4. Bake for 15-20 or until pizza is golden and crispy
  5. Finally top with fresh basil, parsley, toasted pine nuts, a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Devour while hot!
