Hoki Pasta with Courgettes

Our Hoki Pasta with courgette is healthy and super quick to prepare. With a bit of crunch and chilli kick, it'll be a family favourite.

Sealord Frozen Hoki fillets
3 tbsp
Olive oil
1/2 cup
Fresh breadcrumbs
Zest of 1
Lemon

Courgette, sliced thin

Fresh chilli, finely chopped

Wide pasta, cooked

Directions

Step 1 of 6

Cook pasta following the packet instructions.

Step 2 of 6

Whilst the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and toss in the breadcrumbs and lemon zest until golden and toasted, then set aside.

Step 3 of 6

Heat another tablespoon of oil in the pan, fry Sealord Dory Natural fillets for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Set aside.

Step 4 of 6

Heat the remaining oil, cook the courgette and chilli for about 2 minutes until tender.

Step 5 of 6

Toss the hot pasta with the breadcrumbs, courgette and chilli.

Step 6 of 6

Add a squeeze of lemon and serve.
