Sealord tempura battered and stretched prawns are made from large tender Vannamei white prawns, farmed in sea water. Peeled, de-veined and tail on, the whole prawns are coated in a classic Japanese style handmade tempura batter, pre-fried in soy oil then snap-frozen. Both the freshness of the prawn and the crispiness of the coating come through in every bite.
