This tasty paella has a bit of everything! Comforting, flavoursome and colourful.

1 Pack
Sealord Frozen Dory Fillets, thawed and cut into 3cm pieces
180g
Smoked Mussels
200g
Squid, cut into 3cm pieces
2 tbsp
Oil
1
Red onion, chopped
1 tsp
Garlic, crushed
1 tsp
Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
100g
Chorizo, sliced
2 cups
Aborio rice
1L
Fish stock
1
Red pepper, sliced thinly
1
Lemon, juice and zest
1/2 cup
Parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1 of 6

Heat large non-stick pan and add oil, red onion, garlic, paprika, and turmeric. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste.

Step 2 of 6

Add chorizo & aborio rice.

Step 3 of 6

Add fish stock and simmer for around 10 minutes.

Step 4 of 6

Add Sealord Dory Natural fillets, mussels, squid and simmer with a lid/foil on for around 10-15 minutes.

Step 5 of 6

5 minutes before end of cooking add red pepper, parsley & juice & zest of a lemon.

Step 6 of 6

Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
