Heat large non-stick pan and add oil, red onion, garlic, paprika, and turmeric. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste.
Add chorizo & aborio rice.
Add fish stock and simmer for around 10 minutes.
Add Sealord Hoki, mussels, squid and simmer with a lid/foil on for around 10-15 minutes.
5 minutes before end of cooking add red pepper, parsley & juice & zest of a lemon.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
