Gluten Free Crumb Australian Hoki Fish Bites 350g

Why do our gluten free fish bites taste so good?  Because we catch our hoki fresh from Australian waters. We hand select and cut only the best pieces to be coated in crunchy crumbs. And you can really taste the difference - they have a moist, flaky texture and a delicious crumb that won't feel like a compromise.

 

Cooking Instructions 

For best results cook from frozen.  

As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Hoki are hot and cooked right through before serving.  

Fan bake (preferred) 

Preheat fan forced oven to 200°C. Place portions on an oven tray and cook for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

Oven bake  

Preheat oven to 220°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.  

Air fryer 

Set air fryer to 180° C and cook frozen bites for approx. 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
