Managing Director - Aquaculture
Rocky has worked in the salmon industry for his full career including leadership at Managing Director level. Rocky gained salmon farm management, production and sales experience working for several seafood companies in Canada including Marine Harvest (Mowi) and more recently as Managing Director at Grieg Seafood in British Columbia.
Based in Tasmania, Australia, Rocky was appointed to a new role at Sealord as Managing Director – Aquaculture in July 2023, with responsibility for Petuna, Sealord King Reef, and aquaculture water space in New Zealand.
In addition to extensive salmon knowledge, Rocky has a Bachelor Degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) focused in leadership from Royal Roads University.
