Classic Lightly Crumbed Hoki Fillets 420g

Our flaky fillets are made from wild caught New Zealand Hoki pieces and coated in a light crumb with 38% less carbs.

 

Cooking Instructions 

For best results cook from frozen.  

As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure Hoki are hot and cooked right through before serving.  

Fan bake (preferred) 

Preheat fan forced oven to 190°C. Place portions on an oven tray and cook for approx. 9 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

Oven bake  

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

Air fryer 

Set air fryer to 180° C and cook frozen fillets for approx. 14 minutes or until fully cooked.
