This delicious fish burger can be made in under 30 minutes and while you can follow this recipe, the world is your oyster! You can really use your creativity and what’s in your fridge.
Preheat fan oven to 190°C
To pickle the onion, in a small bowl place the onion, vinegar and sugar and stir well. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes.
Place the Sealord Hoki Burgers on a baking tray and cook for approx. 10 minutes each side or until fully cooked.
Place the burger buns into the oven and heat for approx. 5 mins to toast.
Spread the base of the bun generously with tartare sauce, top with lettuce, the fish burgers, then the onion and the extra salad ingredients.
Top with the burger bun and serve with an optional side of homemade chips.
