Tuna in Olive Oil Bake

An easy-to-prepare baked tuna dish, which makes it great for the lunchbox or casual weekend lunch.

Ingredients

2 x 185g
Sealord Tuna Olive Oil
1/2 cup Fresh herbs, chopped
1 Red onion, diced
2 cups Pumpkin, chopped and cooked
2 tbsp Plain flour
4 Eggs
1 cup Cream
pinch Salt & pepper

 

Directions

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C.

 

Step 2 of 3

Combine the Sealord Tuna Olive Oil along with the other ingredients in a bowl. Place in a greased & lined (with baking paper) loaf tin. Bake for 50 minutes.

 

Step 3 of 3
Remove from oven, cool slightly, then serve.
