Sealord Tuna Olive Oil

1/2 cup | Fresh herbs, chopped |
1 | Red onion, diced |
2 cups | Pumpkin, chopped and cooked |
2 tbsp | Plain flour |
4 | Eggs |
1 cup | Cream |
pinch | Salt & pepper |
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine the Sealord Tuna Olive Oil along with the other ingredients in a bowl. Place in a greased & lined (with baking paper) loaf tin. Bake for 50 minutes.
