Air Fryer Fish & Chips

Ingredients

300g
carrots, peeled
1 Tbsp
cornflour
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 pack
Sealord Hoki Classic Crumb Fillets
sea salt and chopped parsley, to sprinkle (optional)
** Sauce **
1/3 cup (80g)
unsweetened Greek yoghurt
1 Tbsp
gherkin relish (optional)
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
finely chopped parsley
1 tsp
finely chopped dill
1
clove garlic, crushed

 

Directions

Step 1 of 5

Slice carrots into the shape of french fries (roughly 1cm thick). Place in a resealable plastic bag or container. Add cornflour and garlic powder, then season with salt and pepper. Shake to coat. Add oil and shake again.

Step 2 of 5

Place carrots in air fryer basket or tray. Air fry at 200ºC for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 5

Add Sealord Hoki classic crumb fillets to air fryer. Continue to cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until fish and chips are golden and crispy.

Step 4 of 5

Meanwhile, place sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5 of 5

Sprinkle fish and chips with a little sea salt and parsley and serve with dipping sauce.

Foodie Tip
Carrots can be swapped for sweet potato, regular potato or parsnips. Cooking time may vary
