Sealord Sweet Thai Chilli Tuna (or any flavour works well)

125g | Cooked brown rice, cooled |
1/2 | Avocado, sliced |
1/2 cup | Edamame beans, cooked and cooled |
2 cups | Favourite raw vegetables (cabbage, sprouts, carrot, salad leaves) |
squeeze | Lemon or lime juice |
1 tbsp | Sweet chilli sauce |
1 tbsp | Kewpie mayonnaise (or regular mayo) |
1 tsp | Soy sauce |
Place the cooked rice in a bowl.
Arrange the Sealord Sweet Thai Chilli tuna, avocado, edamame beans and vegetables on top of the rice and squeeze some lime or lemon juice over the avocado and tuna.
