Our Hoki is wild-caught in New Zealand waters and coated with thai lime and coconut breadcrumbs. A good source of omega-3 fatty acids and protein, our Hoki portions are deliciously flaky with a crunchy coating. Try them served in fish tacos with shredded cabbage, fresh mango salsa and a squeeze of lime.
