Sealord Tuna Chunky Style in Spring Water, well drained

1/2 cup | Corn kernels |
1/4 cup | finely chopped green apple |
1/4 cup | finely diced gherkins |
1/4 cup | finely diced red onion |
1/4 cup | frozen peas |
2 Tbsp | crispy fried onions (optional) |
Place mayonnaise, lemon juice, pickle juice and maple syrup in a medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine.
Add Sealord tuna chunky style in spring water, corn, apple, gherkins, onion and peas. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with crispy onions just before serving.
