Ingredients

1 Sealord Southern Blue Whiting bites
2 Soft shell tacos (80g)
40g Crunchy slaw
1 tbsp Plain yoghurt
Juice of 1 lime

 

Directions

Step 1 of 6

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

 

Step 2 of 6

Cook Sealord Southern Blue Whiting bites as per pack instructions.

 

Step 3 of 6

Lightly toast your soft taco shells in a pan.

 

Step 4 of 6

Mix the yoghurt and lime juice together.

 

Step 5 of 6

Assemble your taco with Southern Blue Whiting bites, crunchy slaw, lime and yoghurt dressing and a squeeze of lemon to finish.

 

Step 6 of 6

Plate up and snack away.
