Lemon Sesame Ginger Tuna Stir Fry

Ingredients

Lemon Sesame & Ginger Tuna Pocket
1 tsp sunflower oil
1 clover garlic
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tsp chilli sauce or paste (optional)
100g green beans, trimmed and halved
2 tsp soy sauce
80g fresh noodles
toasted sesame to garnish

 

Directions

Step 1 of 4

Heat the oil in a wok over a medium high heat.

 

Step 2 of 4

Add the garlic, spring onions and chilli sauce and cook for a few seconds, then add in the beans and a splash of water and cook, stirring for three minutes.

 

Step 3 of 4

Add the soy sauce and noodles and cook for one more minute until the noodles are hot and the beans are cooked through.

 

Step 4 of 4

Pile onto a serving plate and top with a Sealord Lemon Sesame & Ginger Tuna Pocket and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
