Lemon Sesame Ginger Tuna Bruschetta

Ingredients

2 Lemon Sesame Ginger Tuna Pocket
1 Sourdough baguette – sliced
drizzle Olive oil
2 Avocado – sliced
handful Coriander
1/2 Cucumber – ribboned
1/4 cup Spring onions – sliced
4 Radishes – sliced thinly
1 Lemon – juice
1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

 

Directions

Step 1 of 4

Heat oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

 

Step 2 of 4

Drizzle the baguette slices with a good helping of olive oil and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden.  Keep a watch as the bread can burn easily!

 

Step 3 of 4

Top the hot bruschetta with Sealord Lemon Sesame & Ginger tuna avocado slices, ribboned cucumber, spring onion and radish slices.

 

Step 4 of 4

Finally sprinkle over sesame seeds, a drizzle of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
