Our flaky hoki fillets are made from wild-caught New Zealand hoki and coated in a crunchy garlic panko crumb.
Cooking instructions
For best results cook from frozen.
This product is uncooked. As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Ensure hoki portions are cooked right through before serving.
Fan bake (preferred)
Preheat fan forced oven to 190°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 9 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Oven bake
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place portions on a baking tray and cook for approx. 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Air fryer
Set air fryer to 180°C and cook frozen fillets for approx. 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
