Our Hoki is wild caught in New Zealand waters and coated in Nelson with Japanese style tempura batter.  A good source of omega-3 fatty acids and protein, our Hoki portions are deliciously flaky with a crunchy coating.  Try them served with slaw and a sesame dressing.
