Tuna Buddha Bowl

Sealord Sweet Thai Chilli Tuna
cooked brown rice, cooled
edamame beans, cooked and cooled
favourite vegetables (cabbage, sprouts, carrot, salad leaves)
lemon or lime juice
sweet chilli sauce
- Place the cooked rice in a bowl
- Arrange the tuna, avocado, edamame beans and vegetables on top of the rice and squeeze some lime or lemon juice over the avocado and tuna
- In a small bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise and soy sauce and drizzle this over the Buddha Bowl
- Stir and enjoy
