sunflower oil

1 clove
garlic

spring onion, sliced

1 teaspoon
chilli sauce or paste (optional)

green beans, trimmed and halved

2 teaspoons
soy sauce

fresh noodles

toasted sesame to garnish
Directions
- Heat the oil in a wok over a medium high heat
- Add the garlic, spring onions and chilli sauce and cook for a few seconds, then add in the beans and a splash of water and cook, stirring for three minutes
- Add the soy sauce and noodles and cook for one more minute until the noodles are hot and the beans are cooked through
- Pile onto a serving plate and top with a Sealord Lemon Sesame Ginger Tuna Pocket and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
