Tuna and Veggie Savouries

Sealord Tomato & Basil Tuna Sensations (or your favourite flavour)
red capsicum, diced
self raising flour
salt & pepper
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Combine in a bowl, Tuna, eggs, zucchini, onion, carrot, cheese, sifted flour, capsicum, salt and pepper (to taste).
- Spoon the mixture into greased muffin tins (makes approx. 18) or in an ovenproof dish to make a slice.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned. If making a slice, this will take slightly longer to cook right through.
