Tomato & Basil Tuna Quesadilla
These toasted tuna and corn quesadillas make a fun week night meal. Plus you can have the leftovers the next day in the lunchbox.
2x 185g can
Sealord Tuna with Tomato & Basil
baby spinach leaves
grated tasty cheese
rice bran oil
- Place one tortilla wrap on a clean surface. On top of tortilla wrap, place 1 can of Tuna, 2 cups of spinach leaves and ½ cup grated cheese.
- Place another tortilla wrap on top. Repeat with second tortilla wrap.
- Place in heated frying pan with a little rice bran oil. When brown on one side turn over carefully and press down. When brown on both sides remove from pan & repeat with next tortilla.
- Cool slightly and slice into 8 portions. Serve with a green salad.
