Uncle Bens 90sec Jasmine Rice

toasted coconut

mint leaves to garnish
Directions
- Slice radish and carrot on the diagonal in thin slices.
- Cook Jasmine rice as per packet instructions.
- Empty tuna pocket onto rice.
- Place radish and carrot on top of rice then sprinkle with toasted coconut and garnish with mint.
