Tahitian Tuna Coconut Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1x 110g

    Sealord Tahitian Coconut Tuna Pocket

  • 1 packet

    Uncle Bens 90sec Jasmine Rice

  • 1

    radish

  • 1

    carrot

  • 1/4 cup

    toasted coconut

  • mint leaves to garnish

Directions

  1. Slice radish and carrot on the diagonal in thin slices.
  2. Cook Jasmine rice as per packet instructions.
  3. Empty tuna pocket onto rice.
  4. Place radish and carrot on top of rice then sprinkle with toasted coconut and garnish with mint.
