    Lemon Sesame Ginger Tuna Pocket

  • 1

    Sourdough Baguette - sliced

  • Drizzle

    Olive Oil

  • 2

    Avocado - sliced

  • Handful

    Coriander

  • 1/2

    Cucumber - ribboned

  • 1/4 cup

    Spring Onions - sliced

  • 4

    Baby Radishes - sliced thinly

  • 1

    Lemon - juice

  • 1 tsp

    Toasted Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Drizzle the baguette slices with a good helping of olive oil and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden
  3. Top the hot bruschetta with the lemon sesame tuna, avocado slices, ribboned cucumber, spring onion and radish slices
  4. Finally sprinkle over sesame seeds, a drizzle of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil
