Ingredients

  • 1 box

    Sealord Hoki Fries

  • 1/2 cup

    Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp

    mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp

    pesto

  • selection of raw vegetables for dipping
  • baby cos lettuce leaves

  • cherry tomatoes

  • radish

  • baby carrot

Directions

  1. Cook the Hoki Fries according to the packet instructions
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the yoghurt, mayonnaise and pesto
  3. Arrange the vegetables and dip on a platter and serve with the Hoki Fries
