A tasty salad full of flavour that is the perfect accompaniment to fish
cabbage and carrot coleslaw mix
green apple, grated or julienned
each fresh coriander and mint
red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped (optional)
juice of 2
each soy sauce and fish sauce
avocado oil or olive oil
- In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, bean sprouts, peanuts, apple, herbs and chilli. Toss well to mix.
- Squeeze in the lime juice, then pour over the sesame oil, soy, fish sauce and avocado oil. Toss again to coat the vegetables in the dressing, then serve. Season if desired.
