Fresh Hoki Pasta with Zucchini

Our Hoki Pasta with Zucchini is healthy and super quick to prepare. With a bit of crunch and chilli kick, it'll be a family favourite.

    Sealord Fresh Hoki fillets

  • 3 tbsp

    olive oil

  • 1/2 cup

    fresh breadcrumbs

  • Zest of 1


  • 3

    zucchini, sliced thin

  • 1

    fresh chilli, finely chopped

  • 180g

    wide pasta, cooked


  1. Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a frying pan and toss in the breadcrumbs until golden and toasted, then set aside
  2. Heat another tablespoon of butter in the pan, fry Sealord hoki for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Set aside
  3. Heat the remaining butter, cook the zucchini and chilli for about 2 minutes until tender
  4. Toss the hot pasta with the breadcrumbs, zucchini and chilli
  5. Add a squeeze of lemon and serve
