Three winners announced for the 2019 Sealord Scholarships programme

Three recipients have been awarded with scholarships to support their tertiary study from 2020.  These scholarships are open to children or grandchildren of current Sealord employees, who are entering tertiary study or training following secondary school. The recipients receive a share of $10,000 towards their study costs, every year for four years.

Judged this year through application and interview, by former Sealord Chairman Sir Tipene O'Regan, Whaimutu Dewes (Sealord Chairman) and GM Human Resources Dawn Cooper - who commented the standard this year was outstanding, best ever! Scholarship winners are: Aimee Coultard (studying for Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Psychology at Victoria University, Wellington), Joshua Plato studying for Bachelor of Science in IT and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies at Sydney's University of Technology) and Nguyen Nguyen (studying for Bachelor of Design at Massey University, Wellington).

Congratulations to these well deserving winners.
