New Zealand is a small country with a large fishery and around 90% of our product is exported to more than 60 countries. Sealord has offices, representatives or fishing interests on six continents so we can provide quality seafood to customers around the world.
We are the second largest seafood company in New Zealand in terms of catch, and one of the country’s Top 60 companies in terms of revenue.
Our interests include joint venture partnerships in Australia (Petuna in Tasmania and King Reef in Queensland), a seafood processing business in the United Kingdom (Caistor, Lincolnshire) and a fishing business in Argentina (Yuken). Outside New Zealand, Sealord employs around 400 people.
