These simple, vibrant tacos are a great family favourite, and kids can build their own.
Sealord Chunky Style Tuna in Spring Water
small flour tortillas
Chipotle Sour Cream
tomatoes, red large and firm
red onion, diced finely
small cos or iceburg lettuce, thinly sliced
- To make the Chipotle sour cream, simply add the shop bought chipotle sauce to the sour cream and mix to combine.
- To make your salsa, dice the tomato flesh, removing the seeds and pulp and place into a bowl. Add your chopped red onion, coriander, olive oil and lime juice & zest. Season and leave aside until ready to use.
- Place the flour tortillas onto a sheet of baking paper and warm in the oven for a couple of minutes.
- To serve place two tortillas on a plate, top with shredded lettuce, add a tablespoon of salsa, flakes of Tuna and drizzle with Chipotle sour cream.
