Tuna Tacos


  • 2x 185g

    Sealord Chunky Style Tuna in Spring Water

  • Tacos
  • small flour tortillas

  • Smoked Paprika Sour Cream
  • 1 cup

    sour cream

  • 1 tbsp

    tabasco chipotle sauce

  • 1-2 tbsp

    sweet smoked paprika

  • 1/2

    lemon, juice

  • salt, to taste

  • Salsa
  • 3

    tomatoes, red large and firm

  • 1/2

    red onion diced finely

  • 1/2 cup

    coriander leaves

  • 1

    garlic clove

  • 1


  • 2 tbsp

    olive oil

  • 1

    small cos or iceburg lettuce, thinly sliced


  1. To make your smoked paprika sour cream simply add your chipotle, smoked paprika and lemon juice to the sour cream, season and taste. Add more paprika if desired.
  2. To make your salsa, dice the tomatoes and place into a bowl. Add your chopped red onion, coriander, olive oil and lime juice then season and leave aside until ready to use.
  3. Place the flour tortillas onto a sheet of baking paper and warm in the oven for a couple of minutes.
  4. To serve place two tacos on a plate, top with shredded lettuce, add a tablespoon of salsa, flakes of Tuna and drizzle with smoked paprika sour cream.
