Tuna in Olive Oil Bake

Ingredients

  • 2x 185g

    Sealord Tuna in Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup

    fresh herbs, chopped

  • 1

    red onion, diced

  • 2 cups

    pumpkin, chopped and cooked

  • 2 tbsp

    plain flour

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1 cup

    cream

  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Place in a greased & lined (with baking paper) loaf tin. Bake for 50 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, cool slightly, then serve.
