Tuna and Veggie Savouries

Ingredients

  • 3x 95g

    Sealord Tomato & Basil Tuna Sensations (or your favourite flavour)

  • 1

    onion, diced

  • 1

    carrot, grated

  • 1/2

    red capsicum, diced

  • 4

    zucchini, grated

  • 1 cup

    cheese, grated

  • 1 cup

    self raising flour

  • 5

    eggs, beaten

  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Combine in a bowl, Tuna, eggs, zucchini, onion, carrot, cheese, sifted flour, capsicum, salt and pepper (to taste).
  3. Spoon the mixture into greased muffin tins (makes approx. 18) or in an ovenproof dish to make a slice.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned. If making a slice, this will take slightly longer to cook right through.
