Tomato & Basil Tuna Quesadilla


  • 2x 185g can

    Sealord Tuna with Tomato & Basil

  • 4

    tortilla wraps

  • 4 cups

    baby spinach leaves

  • 1 cup

    grated tasty cheese

  • rice bran oil


  1. Place one tortilla wrap on a clean surface. On top of tortilla wrap, place 1 can of Tuna, 2 cups of spinach leaves and ½ cup grated cheese.
  2. Place another tortilla wrap on top. Repeat with second tortilla wrap.
  3. Place in heated frying pan with a little rice bran oil. When brown on one side turn over carefully and press down. When brown on both sides remove from pan & repeat with next tortilla.
  4. Cool slightly and slice into 8 portions. Serve with a green salad.
