Hoki Pasta with Zucchini


  • 2

    Sealord Fresh or Frozen Hoki fillets

  • 3 tbsp

    olive oil

  • 1/2 cup

    fresh breadcrumbs

  • Zest of 1


  • 3

    zucchini, sliced thin

  • 1

    fresh chilli, finely chopped

  • 180g

    wide pasta, cooked

Foodie Tip

Top with shredded basil for a fresh, vibrant touch.


  1. Cook pasta following the packet instructions
  2. Whilst the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and toss in the breadcrumbs and lemon zest until golden and toasted, then set aside
  3. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the pan, fry Sealord hoki for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Set aside
  4. Heat the remaining oil, cook the zucchini and chilli for about 2 minutes until tender
  5. Toss the hot pasta with the breadcrumbs, zucchini and chilli
  6. Add a squeeze of lemon and serve
