Sealord Fresh Hoki Fillets

mashed potato and lemon wedges to serve
- Preheat oven 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Put all the crust ingredients into a small food processor and blend to form a thick paste.
- Place the Hoki fillets onto the baking tray and press the macadamia paste over the top of the fillets. Season with a little sea-salt and then bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with mashed potato and lemon wedges.
