​Why do our garlic smoked mussels taste so good? Because we use greenshell mussels sourced fresh from New Zealand waters. Then we woodsmoke them with genuine manuka in a real smokehouse. And you'll really notice the difference. They're tender and juicy with a delicate smoky flavour and tossed with flakes of garlic.
