Why do our Salmon Fish Cakes taste so good? Because we mix Salmon with NZ potatoes. We then craft the cakes with a cheesy centre, and coat them in the breadcrumbs from our local baker. And you can really taste the difference - they have a moist texture with a light crunchy crumb. Just like you'd made it yourself.
