Why do our Hoki Fish Cakes taste so good? Because we catch our Hoki fresh from New Zealand waters. We hand select the best fillets, mix them with NZ potatoes and add a scattering of leek. We then craft the cakes to perfection and coat them in breadcrumbs from our local baker. And you can really taste the difference - they have a moist texture with a light crunchy crumb. Just like you'd made it yourself.
