Why do our Hoki Fish Cakes taste so good? Because we catch our Hoki fresh from NZ waters, mix them with potatoes, corn, capsicums and add our mild chipotle style seasoning. We then craft the caked to perfection and coat them in crispy corn chip crumbs. And you can really taste the difference - they have a moist texture with a light crunchy crumb. Just like you'd made it yourself.
