Why does our 3 Seed Crumbed Hoki taste so good? Because we catch it fresh from New Zealand waters. We hand select the best fillets and coat them in wholemeal breadcrumbs from our local baker and add a sprinkling of linseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. And you can really taste the difference - it has a moist, flaky texture with a delicious crunchy seeded coating. Just like you'd made it yourself.
