Maringi is a mum to a pretty fit family of 2 boys and a girl and but she struggles to keep up with them at times! She often finds it hard to stay motivated but hopes to lead a healthier lifestyle and join in the family fun once again.
Maringi says she used to keep relatively active and healthy often training with her dad who was a great source of inspiration. Maringi’s dad passed away nearly three years ago and she has since lacked motivation. “He was the one who would encourage me to exercise and make healthy eating choices, and without him, I’ve felt a bit lost at times. I want to get back on the right path again by learning how to prepare healthy meals and commit to an exercise routine.”
