Mexican Spiced Hoki Burger

These fish burgers are so simple to make, and our Hoki fillets pair perfectly with the vibrant salsa which is bursting with the flavours of Mexico.

Ingredients

    Sealord Fresh Hoki Fillets

  • 2 tsp

    mexican spice seasoning

  • 4

    burger buns, toasted

  • 4 tbsp

    mayonnaise

  • 1 cup

    coleslaw

  • 1

    avocado, sliced

  • 4 tbsp

    salsa

Directions

  1. Rub the Hoki with the Mexican spiced seasoning. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and cook the Hoki until golden and just cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Spread a little mayonnaise on the bottom of each bun. Top with coleslaw, avocado slices, Hoki and salsa.
  3. Serve with hand-cut potato fries and some extra salsa on the side.
