Ling Fillets with a Couscous Salad

    Sealord Ling Fillets

  • 1

    long red chilli, seeded and finely sliced

  • Couscous Salad
  • 1 cup

    couscous, steamed

  • 1

    red capsicum, finely diced

  • 1/2 cup

    coriander leaves

  • 1/2 cup

    flaked almonds, toasted

  • 1 tsp

    lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp

    extra virgin olive oil


  1. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Heat a little butter or olive oil in a frying pan and add the red chilli and Ling fillets. Cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Serve the cooked fillets with the couscous salad.
